Who Will Pay For the Return/Exchange Cost?
Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
How many days will it take to issue a Refund?
A refund will be issued within 14 working days once we have received the item. We will refund the amount to your bank Account. Please fill out the return form with full bank details including IBAN.
How many days will it take to get an Exchange?
An exchange order will be sent within 14 working days once we have received the item depends upon the availability of product. If you are in hurry please place a new order & send correct order for refund.
Faulty items/ wrong item
If you receive a faulty item/ worng item or size, please login into your account & send us request through "Return support" OR for help please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will arrange a pick up from your door step.
